We do our best to complete quotes within 2-3 business days. During emergency storm work, or periods of extremely high work volume, it can take longer.

No. It can be helpful to be present for the quote if there are a lot of specifics. If you request to be present we will do our best to accommodate that.

You will be added to the job schedule after approving the quote. We are often 1-2 weeks out on our work schedule, but that does vary during the summer, busy season.

We accept cash, check, debit, and credit card. Please keep in mind that card payments have a 4% service fee.

We work hard to complete jobs within two weeks from the time a quote is accepted. Weather or an extremely high volume of work can unpredictably increase lead times. It is nearly impossible for us to give you an exact date. However, you will be contacted 1-2 days prior to your job starting.

While we wish that we could guarantee zero yard damage during removal, that is not possible. We do work diligently to minimize damage as much as we can. A team member will thoroughly communicate the risk of damage to you.

A little prep can go a long way in ensuring a smooth removal. Mowing long grass in the project area, moving objects like furniture and lawn decor, and cleaning up pet messes will help the crew move quickly and safely. If you let us know in advance, we will gladly help move heavy objects out of the way prior to work starting.

Currently, we do not offer cabling. Our services do include trimming, removal of standing or fallen/felled trees, emergency/storm damage removal, as well as mulch and firewood delivery.

If you experience a tree related emergency such as a tree or part of a tree that has fallen on your home, drive, power line, or any other structure, we will respond quickly to get your situation resolved and your life back to normal. In the event of an insurance claim, we will work directly with your insurance to minimize headaches for you and minimize your out of pocket expenses.
